DESCRIPTION:Virtual Negotiations Training\n\n\nThere are many teams in the Downeast region heading to the table this year!  Join in for a two part\, virtual Negotiations training and put your team on firm footing as we navigate the path to a successful\, new Collective Bargaining Agreement.  If you are a seasoned negotiator or brand new to the process…these sessions will dust off your skills\, update you on changes in the bargaining law\, and help you build new tools for negotiating the best contract you can. \n \nIt is ideal for all of your negotiating team to attend these sessions together. We will start work in these sessions on your initial proposals\, define roles for who will do what at the table\, and discuss your overall priorities for this bargaining year. \n \nIf you are a local president or chief negotiator\, please feel free to forward this invitation on to your bargaining team members to be sure that they all received it. \n \nI can’t wait to start this process with you all virtually and then start working with your team individually to make sure you have the information you need to be successful at the table!
