Topics include: the role and rights of union “stewards”\, Weingarten rights\, complaints and investigations\, and the grievance process. Participants will leave with the skills to advocate for members to build local union power.\n \n \nThis training is open to ALL association leaders and members interested in becoming an advocate in the future.  Your union’s power comes from its members and is directly related to the number of members who are active participants in our union work.
