Governance Documents

MEA’s governance documents are the rules and bylaws by which the Association sets its agenda. The Governance documents are voted on and established by member-delegates and the elected MEA Board of Directors.

Weingarten Rights

MEA members have what are known as Weingarten Rights. These rights are granted to union members by the Supreme Court and state the following:
