Committee Day – October 3rd
SPECIAL NOTE: Committee Chairs, Board Liaisons and Staff Liaisons are asked to meet with MEA President Jesse Hargrove at 8:30 a.m. An optional Committee Orientation will follow at 9:00 a.m. This orientation is especially recommended for members who have not previously served on a committee, but all members are welcome to attend. Committee meetings will begin at 11:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m.
Lunch will be served.
Accommodations are available at the Maine Evergreen, Augusta, for those members who live more than 90 miles from the MEA Augusta Office. Rooms are double-occupancy. You will be asked on the registration form if you need accommodations for Friday October 2nd.
Due to deadlines with our caterer and hotel, the registration deadline for Committee Day is Thursday September 17th.
