We are excited to announce the upcoming MEA Bargaining Workshop, a full-day training session designed to empower and prepare negotiation teams for the important work of contract negotiations. Whether you’re new to bargaining or a seasoned negotiator, this training will provide valuable insights and practical tools. The session will cover the fundamentals of contract bargaining and serve as a refresher for experienced committee members. If you are interested in serving on a negotiating committee for your local association, please reach out to your local President.
