Building Rep Training Open to ANY interested MEA members WANTED! Friendly, knowledgeable individuals with an eye for justice interested in supporting your peers and improving your work-life. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! OR… Maybe you’re already an Association Leader or Building Rep but not quite sure what to do? Building Reps are the foundation of an effective union, and this training will provide the fundamental knowledge and leadership skills you need to support and represent your fellow members. Please join UniServ Director, Phyllis Hunter for an in depth look at the roles and responsibilities of an Building Rep, the ABC’s of advocacy, a discussion about why building our membership matters, and how to strengthen your Association through advocacy.
