MEA Summer Conference: Growing a Strong Union

The Maine Education Association invites you to join us at our annual summer conference on July 31st and August 1st at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland. MEA is once more able to provide a FREE double occupancy hotel room in Portland for attendees with a roommate preferred or assigned.

MEA’s summer conference will feature FREE high-quality professional development presented by members, including County Teachers of the Year, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, National Board Certified Teachers, as well as MEA and NEA staff.

In addition, Emily Read Daniels, author and creator of The Regulated Classroom, will address members with a keynote: “Stepping into Your Personal Power for the 2023/2024 School Year”

Sessions have been crafted to meet the unique needs of our support staff, early career educators, prek-12 teachers, and union leaders at all levels, prek through higher ed.
