Membership Planning Meeting for MEA Districts 6 and 7

Please join us for our Membership Planning Meeting to meet with other local leaders and share any tips you have for building strong, local unions. We will have folders for you to pick up that include membership materials for your new hires.
* UD 7 locals who have participated in individual planning meetings this spring/ summer with Allison, this meeting will cover 80% of the same topics- please feel free to attend, but do not feel obligated.

Topics covered:

• Membership recruitment & planning
• How to be an effective building rep
• Grievance handling
• The law on addressing dangerous student behavior
• And More!

Who Should attend:
Local Officers, Executive Board members, Building Reps and activists.

Lunch will be provided.
Mileage will be paid for members who attend the entire meeting.
