Welcome to the 2026 MEA Representative Assembly registration! When you are ready to register, please click on the “Register Now” button above. Anything with a RED asterisk indicates this is a mandatory field, and you will be unable to continue with the registration process if that field is left blank.
ALTERNATES – please only register if you will be taking the place of a delegate that is unable to attend. Please note that you will need to specify whose place you are taking.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: All hotel reservations will be made by the MEA on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, April 10th. Attendees who register after this date WILL NOT be guaranteed a room at the Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks. It is also important to note that anyone who registers and does not cancel by Friday, May 8th will be billed for their rooms and/or meals.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please bring your RA Agenda Book to both the Pre-RA Overview Meeting, if attending, AND when you come to the Representative Assembly. If you choose to be a GREEN DELEGATE, you will need to download the RA Agenda Book to your computer PRIOR to the start of the RA.
