HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: All hotel reservations will be made by the MEA on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, April 10th. Attendees who register after this date WILL NOT be guaranteed a room at the Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks. It is also important to note that, per MEA Policy 2.5, anyone who registers and does not cancel by Friday, May 8th will be billed for their rooms and/or meals.
