Breakfast Grants
Grants will support schools with the purchase of equipment, materials and promotional initiatives facilitating Breakfast After the Bell delivery models (such as Breakfast in the Classroom, Grab and Go, or Second Chance Breakfast) in an effort to increase student participation in school breakfast. Please apply for one school per grant application. It is possible to apply for multiple school grants within one district; however, we still request one application per school. Kellogg generously supports this grants funding.
California Casualty Academic Award
These ongoing $2,500 Academic Awards will go to K-12 public school teachers to assist with out of pocket expenses.

With a Toshiba America Foundation grant, elementary teachers can bring their best new teaching ideas to life. Do you teach in an elementary school classroom? Do you have an innovative idea for improving math or science instruction in your classroom? Is your idea project based learning with measurable outcomes? What do you need to make learning math and science fun for your students? K-5 grade teachers are invited to apply on-line for a $1,000 Toshiba America Foundation grant to help bring an innovative hands-on project into their own classroom.

Teacher at Sea
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Teacher at Sea Program sends K-12 teachers aboard research ships for up to one month. The mission of NOAA Teacher at Sea Program is to provide teachers hands-on, real-world research experience working at sea with world-renowned NOAA scientists, thereby giving them unique insight into oceanic and atmospheric research crucial to the nation. The program provides a unique opportunity for kindergarten through college level-teachers to sail aboard NOAA research ships to work under the tutelage of scientists and screw. Applications are available online in the fall.
