Developed in partnership with early career teachers, this training emphasizes best practices in mentoring so you can assess your mentee’s strengths and areas for growth while also helping them reach their full potential.

Mentoring for Retention Training
Date: Wednesday, October 4th
Time: 4:30 – 6:00PM
Location: Zoom
Who: PreK-12 teachers with 3 or more years of experience and/or union leaders.
After this training you will:
- Understand the role of mentors.
- Learn how to develop impactful strategies to help a mentee.
- Understand how both the mentor and mentee can grow through the mentoring process.
- Develop action steps to improve effectiveness as a mentor.
Participants will earn 2 contact hours for attending.
