NEA President Lily Eskelsen-Garcia informed state affiliates that members nationwide will receive an email survey. The MEA wanted to inform you the survey is legitimate and asks that you participate. The email will look like this:

SUBJECT: National Educator Survey
You have been selected to participate in a national survey of educators.
This is a representative and scientific survey, sponsored by the National Education Association. Your responses are anonymous and will not be linked to your name or email address. Your participation is a valuable way to make your voice heard.
This survey will remain active for two weeks. You may pause and continue at any point within that time period. You may take this survey on a mobile device or on a computer, but you may find it easier to complete the survey on a computer.
MEA asks that you complete this survey, as the results will help NEA with its work advocating for its members.
